Terms & Conditions:

Deposits for Boarding

-The soul purpose of a deposit is to secure a booking for you & is taken off at the end of your pre-arranged full booked stay.

-If a deposit is paid & you cancel your booking, we cannot re-sell the booking & you will lose the deposit.

-If a boarding booking has been altered or cancelled & at least 24 hours notice is not given from the start of the stay you may be liable for the full amount of the original boarding booking.

-Deposits are a guarantee. If you do not pay a deposit for your pets stay we cannot guarantee your boarding booking.

Our pet boarding terms & conditions are:

-Valid I.D . is to be presented upon Initial first visit

-No early reservations without a down-payment of half the total cost.

-Dogs who exceed their allotted stay time will be charged accordingly based on their extra stay.

-Food is to be covered at the owners expense. If not, food will be provided at a reasonable price.

-Clients pets who vandalize our premises will be be liable for a repair charge. NO exceptions

-If you cut short your stay, you will not be refunded for the days not used.

Boarding your pet with us means you agree our terms displayed here on our website & at our premises. Please ask for a copy of these terms when you fill out a booking form on your first booking.

We reserve the right to alter our terms at any time without prior notice.
